Charging at the moment I had this issue with one of my monitors from Amazon. Speak to customer services and get some money back. I may have milked them £20 for a kettle cable. Give it ago, see what you can milk them for. Edit: Happy Time travelling!

Love it so far, one hitch, can you turn up the vibration? i can hardly feel it when it goes off! My last one used to take my hand off! Maybe not as strong as this
