DalekSec Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 After 6 years of waiting I finally watched a Deadpool film, and it was f***ing awesommeeeeee Anyone else seen it? It has more easter eggs than the easter bunny!
timbo343 Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 Dont spoil it, im seeing it on sunday and cant wait.
LeMarchand Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 Saw it last night. Was fun, but I wouldn't get the DVD when it's out. Mind you, I think Deadpool was introduced when I ran out of time to read comics, so I never became a fan. Felt a bit sorry for Gina Carano. She's normally a pretty lady with a lovely smile and they made her look really butch and scary.
DalekSec Posted February 11, 2016 Author Posted February 11, 2016 I DID RIGHT SPOILERS IN THE TITLE!!!!!!!!!!!! Why would you click on a link if you see spoilers on it?
JJonas Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 I sit on iSpy all day. I read your last post without clicking the link.
elsiegee40 Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 (edited) It is true that those using iSpy and also those using the app will read the first part of every post without opening the thread. I'm an app user - not interested in the film -but the app is a quick way of me spotting problems on the forum without opening every thread individually EDIT For the record, the portion of the paragraph that is not highlighted bold is what shows in the android app on a tablet held landscape. It's quite a lot! Edited February 11, 2016 by elsiegee40
rich_tech Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 I am trying to convince Mrs Rich_tech to go and see it on valentines day without much success at the moment. Looks awesome and fun.
DalekSec Posted February 11, 2016 Author Posted February 11, 2016 I sit on iSpy all day. I read your last post without clicking the link. I then apologise, as I never have heard of iSpy! 1

thimon Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 Saw it last night, everything I was hoping for!
elsiegee40 Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 IIRC even if you whiten the text so it's invisible you can see it in iSpy: TEST Leave gaps? See this post. You will need quite a lot of text to start your post for it not to be visible in the app. Spaces URLs and Quotes don't count It is true that those using iSpy and also those using the app will read the first part of every post without opening the thread. JJonas Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 I then apologise, as I never have heard of iSpy! http://www.edugeek.net/vaispy.php Its very handy, I use it to get an oversight on what people are discussing on the forum.

PrimaryNetMan Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 I am trying to convince Mrs Rich_tech to go and see it on valentines day without much success at the moment. Looks awesome and fun. Should have showed her this poster.
thimon Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 just how graphic is the violence in it? bearing in mind i cant watch the walking dead trieda few times never got past about episode 3 its just awful You may have to look away a few times then
sted Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 You may have to look away a few times then or just not watch it then
JJonas Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 or you could just respect the fact that it is too early to be posting spoilers for a film that started last night.
LeMarchand Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 (edited) just how graphic is the violence in it? bearing in mind i cant watch the walking dead trieda few times never got past about episode 3 its just awful S P O I L E R S P A C E Not that I think that anyone has posted any spoilers so far - and this is coming from someone who is so spoilerphobic that he doesn't watch the "next time on..." bits on TV shows. Extremities being chopped off, a scene where someone peers through a bullet hole in their arm, lots of blood splatter, probably lots I've forgotten. That said, it's pretty cartoony. Mme LeMarchand won't normally watch anything too gruesome (or even not gruesome - I'm going to have to call her back into the room after the Keanu's little chum gets killed in John Wick) but was laughing along with everyone else. I'd say the violence in TWD is more "real" and therefore more upsetting than that in Deadpool. Edited February 11, 2016 by LeMarchand
thimon Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 or just not watch it then haha you've got to assume in a Deadpool film there will be gore, unless they made that PG-13 rated version they joked about!
DalekSec Posted February 11, 2016 Author Posted February 11, 2016 or you could just respect the fact that it is too early to be posting spoilers for a film that started last night. There was a star wars one up the night after, also I need to speak to people about it but no one has seen it yet!
thimon Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 Oh, and this isn't a spoiler, do stay to the very end
LeMarchand Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 Oh, and this isn't a spoiler, do stay to the very end I think you should always stay to the end anyway! If you're tight for time I wouldn't say that it's worth staying, especially as a lot of it is a joke done in another film (which it would be spoilerish to name!)
