We have a 32 bit Adobe Design Premium package that installs perfect on CC4 via deployed on the console to 32 bit machines but just won't install on the 64 bit machines, meaning they have to be done manually, any ideas as it's sending me round the bend, not had this with any other package

Thanks

Even though it's a CC4 package I believe it still creates a GPO for it, is 'make this 32bit x86 package available to win 64bit computers' enabled?

Is this the RM produced package? If so, we have this for Adobe CS5 and it has been produced to work only on 32bit machines, we have had to install it manually from the Adobe media on the handful of 64 bit machines that we have.

I think RM sell a curriculum choice package for both the 32bit and 64bit versions. You don't get both and they need to be purchased separately.

Thanks guys, the package is a self made one here, bizarrely found it all installs fine even though it says failed but it lacks the serial number and the SLSSTORE permissions, while this is annoying it takes about two minutes to fix per machine so in some ways a win. See here 98% of our machines are 64 bit, but if it's just a case of serial and SLS then that can be done over time or holidays etc.

Thanks for all your help, I'm going to keep looking
