Neopost franking machine - alternatives?

Hello edugeek readers,

 

We have a franking machine from a company called Neopost, and are not happy with the service at all, will appreciate if you recommend me an alternative reliable company?

We have just had an IRIS 400 franking machine from a company called "The Mailing Room" they hail from Manchester here

 

Machine has static IP and we installed yesterday in 10 mins, service I am told by our admin staff is par excellent so give them a whirl,

We have a Pitney Bowes machine, bought reconditioned from Mailing Systems Europe, and supported via contract by them. They've always treated us well, so worth contacting them.

We used to use neopost, but now use FP mailing. Must be cheaper than neopost, or we wouldn't have switched.

I've just signed up to a pitney bowes machine - much better than our previous neopost offering.
