Basically it boils down to the funnier/helpful you are (but mainly funny), the more rep you get. 1

An Irish guy guy goes into a store and says to the guy at the counter " Have you got any potato clocks ? " The assistant says " Potato clocks? What are you on about? Listen mate, we've got carriage clocks, cuckoo clocks, alarm clocks, grandfather clocks. Whats the ****'s a potato clock? I believe the coloured dots are the percentage to your next star but we will need to wait for a forum admin to provide the exact values for them. Edit: Also this may help: http://www.edugeek.net/members/list/?order=desc&sort=reputation&pp=30 Silver stars are received once you have 4 bronze stars and you earn your fifth which converts them into the silver star.
