Can't download Windows 8.1 Enterprise from VLSC

We subscribe to EES and have the Desktop package including OS. I can see 70 flavours of Windows and I can download the latest versions of Windows 10 (as well as Office and various server OSs. However Windows 8.1 Enterprise fails. I've tried over several days, from different computers, servers and browsers. Mostly the download starts, but only gets about 2MB before saying it has finished, although I have managed to get as much as 1GB through. Sometimes it fails altogether, sometimes I get a 403 message.

 

Edit: I have tried both the download manager and directly through the browser.

 

Any ideas?

I have the same issue with the same ISO, annoying as my 8.1 ISO is pre Update 1 so takes an age to prep.

Bumping my own thread - less painful than bashing my head on the desk. I have a case raised with Microsoft and they escalated it a week ago. I've just spoken to them again and the only suggestion that the service agent had was to get a copy of Windows Enterprise from someone else and then activate with my license! I'm about to call my re-seller to ask for a disk, but I don't suppose anyone here could provide a copy? Working at home today trying to get an image built - not going too well at the moment. I have the Pro version, but as I have EES for the first time, I'd like to use the version I'm entitled to to get the extra features...

I buy all my originall Windows disks from Pugh Computers they are £25 each. Saves me a lot of time by not downloading from volume Licensing Services burning the disc etc etc. May be I am old school, but I like original CD/DVDs.

Beginning to think it's part of their strategy to force everyone onto 10

 

My reseller has chased them and they've promised to fix it by the end of today...

 

I tried at home on a personal PC to rule out any potential issues with school network security issues.

X64. I tried it from home last night and it seemed to work. Will see today if the download was indeed complete when I install it .
