Could other users of Siemens HiPath 3800 PBX system let me know if they are having issues with calling EE mobile phones?

 

We have a very strange problem with ours that our reseller is telling us is BT, and that we need to do a software upgrade at quite a cost.

 

Would like to gather some evidence one way or the other before we proceed with anything.

Hi,

 

We use a 3800 running V9, we also use EE for our staff mobiles and have no problems calling them (unless i've just jinxed it. . . . !).

@jbunoomally Thanks for the info. Are your lines ISDN by any chance? We can call a EE mobile, but the call is dropped just after it has been transferred to voicemail if the called party does not answer.
