Term Time

190

Training Days

Working 2 weeks of school holidays

10 Days

Holiday Pay

= 231 DAYS

What percentage of working all year round do I work working 231 days a year?

Please Help!

I'm just guessing, but wouldn't you do 231/365 to give you 63%. Therefore, just work out 63% of your salary (salary/100 then * 63)

Its easier to work out weeks you work surely

So you work 41 weeks of the year

So you work 78% of the year.

[editting again]

I am not sure how you work out 26 days holiday, because if that is the case you are working 46 weeks of the year, so therefore that would make it 88%

Just 'cos all your calculations look so simple and boring :D you need to remember to factor in your paid leave. Even if you have a term time only contract, you are entitled to paid annual leave - I have a term time only contract, but get paid for 43 weeks (39 school weeks per year for us).

I get paid 231 days of the year, I Want to work out what percentage of days I get paid for compared to working full time.

260 working days, is full time, I believe.

So you work 231 out of the 260. (Exclude the holiday)

So 88.85%..?
