Erm, no? maybe it wasn't... It is now?

I need mine cutting so it sounds like you all beat me, it's not about length anyway :p

They sound like the words of a woman defeated to me!

As a former member of the guys with long hair club I do kind of miss it, but I don't miss the extra 10 - 15 minutes it added to my day having to wash it and then brush it (still wash my hair but don't need to brush it when it's less than an inch long).

I have to get up 2 hours early in a morning just so when I shower my hair has enough time to dry naturally. I'm completely against heat drying my hair. :p So yeah, I know what you mean.

+1 for natural drying, it's the way forward.

Yes, I agree but when you have "scruffily curly" hair it ends up looking like I've been pulled through a hedge backwards :)

Edugeek- challenging stereotypes! Is this really a thread with a bunch of, mostly, blokes discussing their hairdoes?! :D

"Is this really a thread about [blank]?!"

Welcome to literally every thread I post in. :p

Couldn't agree more, though I have curly hair on top and ringlets at the bottom so mines straightened within an inch of its life

Why? It sounds lovely! Mine is the "ripply and a bit fluffy" hair I always wanted as a young woman, and used to get "brillo pad" perms to try and get. Then I had children and my hair got curlier but I am really a bit old to be looking like a hippy now :)

It's not lovely. It looks like rats tails after around 5 mins of not brushing it and it gets really matted if it's not straightened
