Sccm 2012 Endpoint Protection

I was just wondering if someone could explain how to get the client EP Deployment from an unmanaged state to a managed state so that we can remote push sets out from the sccm and issue full scans out for virus checking

This... Under administration then antimalware policies. Create one and deploy it out. Also under administration and client policy, make sure you set it under there.
