Does anyone host there own ticketing system? If you do, which ticketing system do you use? Looking into installing osTicket on a test environment to trial, either on a internal server or on a web hosting server.

If anyone uses osTicket, how have you got it set up?

Thanks,

We are using Spiceworks and have installed on one of our servers. Very good system, easy to setup and have had no problems with it (been using for a year now) + It syncs with AD so auto logins for them. +1 for Spiceworks.

Another one for Spiceworks. Its a shame it can't handle multiple departments. Apart from thats its great.

Another osticket user here. I love it. Myself, the buildings supervisor and the office staff use it for jobs and stock requests.

We have it hosted on an internal server and staff can either use the web form or just email itsupport@ to raise a ticket.

I've also wrote a little php page that lists how many tickets are open for each department to go on our xibo display in our office.
