Scotbynature Posted January 7, 2015 Posted January 7, 2015 I have one at work, has a picture of my two year old on so makes me happy every time I look at it. Don't need one for home as just have my MacBook pro so no mouse.

arwen Posted January 7, 2015 Posted January 7, 2015 Yes and no for me. It depends on the surface and the mouse itself. My work desk is rather shiny, and all the mice I have tried make a horrible scratchy noise on it, so I use a mouse mat at work. At home, normally I do not use one.

CAM Posted January 7, 2015 Posted January 7, 2015 At work, no mat. Clean white desk with a decent surface for any mouse. At home, only because I game since my current mouse seems to work on glass. And the mat itself is getting on now and looking quite tatty, covering it in fine metal shavings wasn't a great idea either...
