Hi,

We have approx 10 offsite computers, rising to 15 shortly.

When these have issues I would like to be able to see there screen from the office -- they connect via directaccess to our site but sometimes its that thats an issue.

At present I'm using some freeware but obviously it needs the user to access our shared drive to get the package, (it asks for admin password but still works if you cancel it), they then give me an ID and i type that into my pc.

Is there any software (preferably free) that as long as they have an internet connection i can access there pc -- I have looked at NTRCloud but our support company have it installed and it won't take 2 installers. Happy to go and install the software on the client initially.

Thanks

Teamviewer is only free for home users i.e. personal non-commercial use.

Chrome Remote Desktop would be okay to use though and you can remotely access unattended PCs with it.

It's worth looking at splashtop for this as it seems to work acceptably over some appaling connections. My personal access anywhere subscription costs £1.22/mo
