Having a weird issue and hoping someone can help!

Staff are using domain joined Windows 7 devices with Internet Explorer 11. They visit our Outlook Web App page running on our Exchange 2013 Server and whilst they can enter their username without any issue they cannot enter their password. Clicking or tabbing into the password field doesn't seem to matter. Nothing can be entered!

Anyone experienced this before or have any suggestions?

are you running smart notebook with smart ink? we've had that interfere with the ability to type in boxes! Also check if you are seeing things in compatibility mode for local intranet...

Yes we are running smart notebook with smart ink, so I shall try and turn that off and see if it makes a difference. Didn't think about that and we have only recently upgrade to the smart ink version as well!

Compatibility mode has been turned off so I don't think it's that but I will double check again.

It's an IE11 issue - We've had it with no SMART Ink... We've had to downgrade to IE10. Pobably best as IE11 is still very buggy and incompatible with a lot of sites.

IME IE11 is more than up to scratch for deployment. There are some bugs to do with the Segoe UI font that can do this, but Smart Ink seems to be the main culprit. Otherwise, it feels fresher - IE 10 feels like an unloved has been - like Windows 8.0.
