There are other things in here, like what apps are suitable for what and all that. It was £12 delivered and I got the money back out of petty cash, so could be worth a buy. I just want to understand as much about them as I can, not only from a management POV, but from a using in the classroom POV too.

kathabell Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 (edited) Try a Google search for EiS Kent ipad user guide - one of the top hits will be a pdf which goes into great detail of how to configure iPads with and without Configurator and manage them with Lightspeed. Combined with the Lightspeed wiki (v1) I found it really useful. They also have some good ipad stuff on their website. I would love to see if this would be possible...just imagine, a how to configure an ipad, within a managed deployed environment video from unpacking to the end user in just 6 seconds Alternatively, you could squeeze up to 180 individual PowerPoint slides (6s x 30fps) within the video; that would be achievable!

Tempted to do it now... but I'm pretty sure it would be a disciplinary procedure! (If it was seen by members of staff) So will wait until I gets home! and maybe miss out the classroom bit... 1
