O365 Student Advantage Auditing

Does anyone know of a way to see how many users have downloaded/installed MS Office?

Not sure if it's possible.

 

When we first launched it we made the students request access via our help desk initially then we allocated the licence on a request basis - just to see how popular it was.

 

After a while when we had requests into the hundreds we just rolled it out to everybody automatically and updated instructions to point to the download location.

slightly on a tangent but how hard is it to get student advantage added? Schools im thinking of have ees (either office only or everything under the sun) and office 365 already existing and in place though atm most students dont have e-mail set up but thats 30 mins work with sims and a spreadsheet

Very easy!

All I did was call our licensing reseller and they generated the serial which was populated in our Volume Licensing account.

Went into Office365 admin and registered the serial.

The option now shows under the licensing tab and can be assigned to users.
