Actually, we've been posting them too late since we began. I always intended them to go up at ~11am, but mornings can be a bit hectic here (e.g. corralling and synchronising cameraman and guest daily was always a tricky one) and inevitably it crept back to 12-1ish. Having Will helping now means that we do get the chance to post closer to the schedule we'd prefer.

 

Still depends on how much editing needs to be done though, which is where today's vid is right at this second.
