Blah... only just seen this.

 

 

This may or may not be something I've considered. The commute would be around 3-4 hours each way, not that I've checked.

 

Plus there's the fact that, according to @VeryPC_Andy IIRC, nobody leaves because it's so cool there... not that I've asked.
