Faild Hard disk revovery

I've got a hard disk which sounds suspiciously like the read/write heads have failed.

 

Does anyone know of or can recomend a company that might be able to recover the data?

 

Obviously my instructions that I can't back it up and that you can have it for only storing obsolete data on were not listened to, thus making me the bad guy.
