Ok, done it again now everyone's gone home and on the Maidenhead server:

U: 7302 kbps but gradually decreases to around 200kbps and the test doesn't complete.

Its a 100mb Telewest curcuit direct to our LEA.

Which then goes into a 30mb link to t'internet which is shared between some 17 secondaries out our LEA.

Well here's my result. Using CLEO as our provider, 100mb fibre telewest fibre to somewhere, think it ends up going to lancaster uni, and connected into JANET network i think.
