Our shipping guys re-use packaging where possible to cut down on waste, but we don't get many very small boxes inbound here, so they use what they can rather than buying brand new packaging. Al

Al Could always slit the slides and fold them down to make packaging a bit smaller may then help with your postal costs but if you pay a flat rate for so many boxes a month or something I guess not. Ben We pay a flat rate per consignment with our courier, so size/weight is not a factor until you get to a certain point.
