The school i used to go to had a nearby market with a fish monger, I remember someone bringing in a large fish and hiding it in the false ceiling, that must have stunk after the summer hols.

They also hid prawns everywhere, behind radiators ect.

Update: I've now to look at CCTV of the common room...

...because the darlings thought it would be funny to string pig's heads up in there (one hanging from the projector), and leave one on the Head of Sixth's desk, after filling his floor with full cups of water.

Wow. That's macabre. The water was funny. The heads - not so much...

I've heard of an Air Cadet detachment at a south London public school hanging their glider up in the hall the evening before leavers assembly. Quite novel.

My boss has just had to go and pick up the life size model of Bart Simpson that some of our students made in paper mache from the middle of the roundabout outside our school. I just hope someone took a picture...

When i left school in 2007 we had a school farm on site, standard was to let the Sheep out into the playground, and various other bits (we painted the art tables, took all the paper registers etc). My brothers year took all the door numbers off the classrooms and swapped them round in reverse order (took about a week and a half). So that door 1 was 100 and vice versa

Nothing too bad here... just emptying the classroom furniture into the corridors, hanging bras up in the corridors etc.. the usual
