Andie Posted March 20, 2013 Posted March 20, 2013 Can I start a new thread on iPad cases? Not much up to date info on other threads. We are looking for cases that protect against knocks and can also be used as stands for typing, viewing etc. Use in primary school environment. Some of the amazon etc. reviews indicate that stands fall over in lowest position on stands, and there are some bad reviews for the stand on the Griffin Survivor saying that it broke quickly. Any good or bad experiences? Thanks.
SovietRussia Posted March 20, 2013 Posted March 20, 2013 We use the Forefront iPad cases, very nice and have a stand. 1
beany1 Posted March 20, 2013 Posted March 20, 2013 We use the Griffin Survivor cases here in a primary, they are amazing cases. We use the iPad's Nursery all the way up to Y6, had 6 iPad's broken in 9 months using standard cases, non in the same time in Griffin cases. Only slight issue is we have a couple were the children have pulled off the protective port covers, but doesn't effect the case for our use. We don't use the stands, but to be honest they don't feel week, bit of a pain to open, but I've just pushed down on one and it didn't break. 1
ICTDirect_Dave Posted March 27, 2013 Posted March 27, 2013 (edited) This Tactus case is by far my favourite right now. http://www.ict-direct.co.uk/tablets/tablet-accessories/tactus-magnatuff-smart-cover-for-ipad.html Edited May 10, 2013 by witch
KTECH Posted April 8, 2013 Posted April 8, 2013 The Griffin Survivor is good but quite bulky, I'm trying to find something smaller that will fit in an ergotron trolley. I've been looking at the Trident Kraken but havent been able to find a supplier that can provide 30 of them. The Otterbox Denfender is meant to be a nice case as well, but quite pricey.
