Robocopy is a great command for backing up data between drives or across the network on a scheduled basis.
Generally I create a batch file with commands like the following to mirror data over night when no one (ok, nearly no one) is accessing the content.

Don't get me wrong. I love gaming on my computer, I don't own any consoles except for my 3DS so my gaming rig is where all the magic happens! I like to use a keyboard and mouse rather than a controller, I prefer the better graphics a computer can provide compared to it's console brothers and I prefer the, in my opinion, better games available such as Rust, Cities, Counter Strike and many more. For a long time we have used WPAD to simplify teachers moving their laptops between home and school and its worked very well. Laptops have the 'automatically detect settings' box ticked in Internet Settings. The location of the wpad file is distributed by both DHCP and DNS.

DirectAccess is probably the most awesome thing that I have ever setup. However, there were a few gotchas with using a server behind a NAT that needed a bit or research, so below are the steps I took to a successful deployment, hope that they help someone.
The setup
The DA server is running on Server 2012r2 (non DC). It is behind a Smoothwall UTM so NAT is involved (although supported by DA in Server 2012R2 is complicated things a bit).

Just installed Win10 on my laptop and it's amazing. I liked the start menu specially. It gives you the power to control things in it. The added feature of cortana is also worth hanging too.
