    Has anyone noticed in their event logs Event ID 16443 "Product release '7D48A012-0C64-4F21-BA27-A9CEDF442749' could not be updated because the synchronize operation has failed due to an earlier error." since the 28th June until present. Sophos console is reporting as being up to date.

    You need to change your subscription settings to the newest version, it will then work.

    go to update manager - then software subscriptions - right click view edit , then change windows 2000 and above to 10.2 recommended.

    It fixed mine.

    Just been informed one connect don't support Sophos enterprise console, anyone else been told this?

    They say that but they provide it ... How else could you administrate the anti-virus they provide with there isp costs .... Just ask nicely ... Again :-)

    We have also been told that one connect don't support Sophos Enterprise Console. So we buy the software from them and pay a yearly subscription but they don't provide support??????

    this fixed mine too

    I had updated the enterprise console to 10.2 but I didn't realise the subscription needed manually updating too.
