Hello everyone, We have a startup script applied to a set of laptops via group policy which is used to copy a start menu structure from the network to the local machine. It deletes the contents of the current start menu structure on the local machine and then copies the start menu from the network. The problem that we are having is that the startup script does not run at startup and I am thinking that this is because the wireless connection is not connecting quickly enough and so the startup scripts are being skipped. Am I right with this assumption? Also, we use WPA-PSK not RADIUS. My question is, is there anyway of getting the laptops to wait for a network connection so that the startup scripts are executed as appropriate. Thanks in advance, J.Worth.

When I got my very first Windows 10 laptop, after registration, McCafe installs itself. A friend of mine mentioned that McCafe is very bad. Uninstalled. Next, where when I get major updates on Windows 10, it installs itself again and it gets very frustrating! How can I prevent this?

Hi all I'm sorry if this is in the wrong thread but... I'm going out of my mind, A few months ago i trialed a piece of freeware software that would install software to a file. now i cant remember the name of it!!!! from what i can remember is. you had to install this program, you then ran it in the back ground, next you install your software you wanted to run from a file, this program watches and takes the files as it installs and then turns it in to a all in one file which can be used on any windows machine, they also had a big bank of ready made freeware programs on their database online, you could download these and use them. any body have a clue what the name of the company or program is. I've tried googling and got no where. i can picture it in my head but not the name Hope some one can help! Thanks

Good Morning All, Is it possible to create program sets on a Windows Server 2003 R2 Vanilla network, Like in RM CC3 and CC4, you can use the RMMC to create program sets which will appear on the users all programs list. The reason I want to do this is so the resources I assign to users are organized in the correct subject folder. Can this be done via gpo? Thanks Guys, Superaz300

Hi guys, I am currently working on my Windows 10 deployment build. I set IE and Adobe Reader as my defaults on the reference image but after sysprep and deployment EDGE returns as the defaults for all new users on the machine. Anyone know how to get around this problem? Thanks
