Hi Everyone, Just wondered if anyone has come up with a telephone call log system using Microsoft Forms, At the moment we are using an old Intranet for this and we are looking to come away from it, We are looking to create a Forms template which then can be emailed to the relevant staff member with a copy of the phone conversation I have looked at this using Powerautomate but i can't seem to see an option to forward the response to the relevant staff member based of a field in forms? Hi Guys, Thanks for the responses I believe I'm in the clear after further investigation it looks like my predecessors had completed the migration process. Reading through the guides provided there was no existence of any connectors in 365 and there was a couple of corrupted mailboxes left on the exchange server luckily after some testing these were not being used. The only thing left running was the Hybrid Configuration Wizard which was in a failure state i spent ages trying to reconnect this with no success I have also checked there is no DNS records with MX Toolbox After running through a few things i have now shut down the Exchange 2013 VM and its been off for about a week now and not causing any issues Thanks Jake

Hi Guys, I'm looking to undertake some courses to help with the adoption of a hybrid model in our current environment I wondered if anyone could recommend any courses that wont break the bank to help implement new solutions such as hybrid MECM/SCCM Intune deployments and SharePoint to get away from legacy intranets etc. I'm currently trying to push for tools such CloudDriveMapper to help staff get on board with OneDrive and Shared Sharepoint sites I'm following as much advice as i can from you guys keeping posting which is much appreciated but just wondered if there's any relevant courses to help with this Thanks Jake

Hi Guys, I'm after a little bit of advice we currently have a 2013 Exchange VM on site sat in hybrid mode. I have had nothing to do with the original process to get it in its current state. I have just adopted the mess and am noticing more and more issues with it the hybrid tool is currently failing to connect to 365 but I believe this may be down to the fact it hasn't been updated for a good while. I would like to decommission the VM and move the remaining mailboxes and roles up too 365 At the moment we cannot create Alias's in 365 or do a lot of simple admin tasks without using the Exchange VM Has anyone got any decent guides to do this Thanks Jake

Hi, These iPad's haven't been recently bought through a reseller they are old ones previously enrolled in Meraki with multiple Apple ID's not using ASM. I have confined this into one ASM account with Mosyle as my prefered choice of MDM. I am just trying to re-purpose these old devices for better use. To get the devices into ASM i am using Apple Configurator like you have mentioned i wasn't aware the profile could be removed until after the 30 day grace period. Thanks Jake

Hi Guys, We are currently testing out Mosyle and are having a few issues with automated enrollment. Automated enrollment works as it should and pops up with the welcome screen I've configured, but we are having an issue where the profile can be removed from VPN and Profile within the general tab within settings. The Ipads have also got a very small message at the bottom saying this device is remotely managed and can be removed within settings The devices are in Apple School Manager and Moysle and both Syncing together The device's have been previously configured with Meraki and a different apple ID i have removed them from Meraki and also restored the ipad to fully erase the settings Thanks Jake

*UPDATE* Hi Guys thanks for the feedback we have discovered the issue is with the C-Touch interactive whiteboards. As some of you suggested I tried using a a VGA splitter but this made no difference although when I have purchased the following HDMI splitter https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B083JVPXDY?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details it works on some of the new IIYAMA interactive displays we have. This still does pose a-bit of an issue as we have got 50+ of these interactive displays if anyone is curious its this model CT65LED40BOS4PAG I have also been InTouch with C-Touch and updated the boards with the latest drivers which still doesn't resolve the issue *note- the calibration tool does not resolve the issue on these C-Touch displays as it cannot identify the screen as a touch screen *note- Also it has to be in this configuration otherwise by default apps will open on the main monitor first which will confuse teachers and as far as I'm aware this cannot be resolved without using third party software Any further suggestions would be much appreciated Thanks Jake

Unfortunately this wouldn't be viable because the teachers want one of the monitors and interactive whiteboard to duplicate and provide touch at the same time. Thanks Jake

Hi Guys, Maybe someone could shed some light on this we are currently looking at providing 3 screens in classrooms (Two Monitors and One Interactive Screen). Monitor One will be the primary display, Monitor two and three (interactive board) will be duplicated the issue we seem to have is the touch capabilities seem to be attached to monitor one rather than the mirrored displays. We have tried going to tablet PC settings and calibrating the interactive board as the touch input with no such luck the only way we can get this to work is by setting monitor two to the primary display although this is not great because apps will open by default on monitor two first causing confusion to teachers We have been told contrasting opinions from suppliers saying we would need an additional graphics card to do this but we have tested this with exactly the same result Thanks Jake

Thanks Guys you've been a great help. I managed to resolve it in the end by logging into a supply account and testing the same issue and it worked perfectly. So i performed a profile reset on that user and bingo it was working. Although I do think Microsoft need to come up with an alternative if they are going to discontinue photo viewer. At the moment i cannot see any option to do a wallet style print for multiple photos on one page. Thanks Jake

Hi Guys, Wondered if anyone could help I'm a technician working for an MSP and coming into this issue across multiple primary schools. When staff are wanting to print multiple JPEG documents on a single page in a wallet form it sends to the networked printer but when print logs are checked it says "error deletion". I have come across a workaround by using Windows Photo's but there doesn't seem to be an option to do a wallet print of multiple photos on a single page. I can only seem to print one photo per page. If anyone has a solution or a third party alternative it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Jake
