I have now been contacted and they have confirmed the deletion of both mailboxes from the backend. I have created the user again and works fine now!

Nov 4 2010. Changed name from SYSTEMAX EUROPE LIMITED to MISCO UK LIMITED.

According to companies house they changed their name from UK COMPUTER SUPPLIES LIMITED to UK COMPUTER GROUP LIMITED.

Not sure if this information has been said but I have just called "Misco" to see what was going on. They answered the phone as UK COMPUTER GROUP. I got passed onto Nathan to explain things. So basically UK COMPUTER GROUP has bought Misco and their website. He says that it is mostly the same employees so you may speak to someone you have done before. He said Misco went into liquidation in 2017 and will try not to make the same mistakes again. So basically it's UK COMPUTER GROUP trading as Misco. Their sales team is in place and taking quotes and orders I believe and he said they the website will be up and running by the end of this month. Does anyone think that it would be a good idea to add them to the IT Supplier list? Or shall I give them a try and see what they have to offer?

Mine has been fixed but not had confirmation from them yet. Can see they have been deleted. New mailboxes seems to work but not added the duplicated one yet until i have confirmation.

2nd tech support session for me. Unable to remove then via powershell to Exchange admin center. They have to do it via the "back end". They will get back to me when this is done.

The difference is AccessIT is the 1:1 scheme Stone group offers with the capital "IT" and the other is Accessit which is the Library system with the lowercase "it".

Mailchimp can be good if under a certain amount of emails. Or you can pay for it? I know of a Primary school that uses it for newsletters which i introduced them to.

Is there more to this about removing the MDM? In the recorded demo we have been told this is being kept in place as it is on a different contract?

We have filtering in place which isn't that good. BTLS are changing to NetSweeper from lightspeed, not too confident on the move to them to be honest. Would it be best and go all out to Impero Education Pro or just use the EdAdmin and EdTeach?

I am apart of a MAT. If I can sell it to the Network Manager I'm sure there will be a discount for 3 schools? I like the features, I've seen people say these can be replicated with other software or even for free. If I was to get it for the 1 school I work it they'd be reluctant to spend anything really. Hi, I have just been contacted by Impero. I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with them or use them at your school. We currently have LanSchool in place but this is a very old version, I've been told I can upgrade it when I find the login credentials. I have had a look at some demos and doesn't look too bad. What are the pro's and con's in your opinion? What is it like compared to LanSchool, is there more functionality? What is the price of this and is it worth the investment? Thanks.
