What OS is your print server running? We have had all sorts of fun and games deploying printers to Vista and 7 via Group Policy. If you have 2008(R2), ensure that the print server role is installed and push out and create the group policies via the console. I have never had any issues deploying this way, just seems to work for Vista and 7 clients!

How many CC3 servers do you have? - I have had a similar issues in the past with multiple servers. Make sure that the drivers are being added to the server that the build process uses. I'm afraid I can't remember specifics such as where the drivers are stored but IIRC, the build server is specified in the build disk manager when creating disks. We had problems with the drivers not being duplicated across all servers, although I'm not entirely sure that they are supposed to. Can't really be any more help I'm afraid, been a while out of education and memory of CC3 is getting more and more patchy!

May also be worth temporarily changing the TTL settings in the DNS down to the minimum well in advance of the switch-over. That way the changes should propagate a lot more quickly when the time comes?

You can change the Sent Items folder on a per account basis as follows: Tools --> Account Settings --> Double-Click the desired account --> More Settings --> Folders Tab From here can you change the Sent Items folder from the Outlook Default.

You can't add another SBS box on to the same domain, whether it be 2003 or 2008 (unless performing a migration, in which case you get a 21 day grace period). You can however add as many other member servers or DCs as you like but the SBS box must hold all of the FSMO roles. I have added multiple DCs to SBS networks in the past, usually for AD replication between branch offices.

Is it all web pages, or just the MSN site that you describe in your post? Is the problem limited to IE - have you tried other browsers (already suggested). Do you use a proxy server - are the settings correct?

What problems are you having exactly? We have a CC3 package of ProDesktop that works fine but I don't know off the top of my head what version - i'll check shortly.

Have you tried with a variety of machines, and connected to a different area of the network?

In case you're wondering, the lmhosts can be found in \\server-name\rmrebuild\build manager\rm\source (forgot about that bit sorry:D)

For the first issue, check that your lmhosts file on the server is pointing to the correct server and IP address. It should contain the ip addrees and server in the following format: 192.168.1.1 server-name If that is wrong, change it to the correct values, save it and recreate your build disks, making sure they point at the right server also!
