Hi, I have a problem with excel 2007 on a couple of laptops. When you click the file to open it, it won't open. But if i open excel and open the file from within excel it opens. Any ideas? i have tried repair and also reinstalled.

No this is true, they replaced server one. but that doesn't explain why server 3 doesn't build.

Yes we tried the backup. The build area hasn't been right since they installed the new server. they just mirror from the old one. RM have been working on it for a week and a few separate engineers have looked (using logmein). no solution yet though.

A support call has been raised. Server 2 doesn't seem to have a build area.
