ITIL Vs Fits.....its quite tricky to even make a comparrison. I think it is important to remember that FITS is also specific to education. Training and its delivery in industry is evolving. More and more organisations are working with training providers and tailoring courses to deliver a specific content. Delivering training this way gives delegates the tools they need and the skills they will require for the Jobs they do. FITS is very Forward thinking in its development and i'm sure it will go from strength to strength. Regards, Lee
