I know Avery do a range of printable labels for Asset Labeling which are stronger than normal ones, but no idea how strong, But I have seen people mention them in the various "How do you asset label" threads. You can get white "permanent markers" (technically paint pens)

Unis and Schools are quiet different environments in many aspects. In schools there is still a large duty of care in everything you do as most children are underage.

I've found a lot worse on Bing very quickly compared to YouTube (and that is without the search terms I know will bring up results). Maybe it was a nudge from MS to recommend it?
