Same as what @Ksavage413 said, Slack is a great fantastic messaging tool or 3CX have a instant chat too which you can connect to your phone app as well as your laptop/desktop

Yes this has happened to me a few times, anytime I speak about a product or event ads always seem to appear coincidentally. My partner thinks I'm being silly and dismisses the conspiracy theory. I'm glad it's just not me that thinks this too!

I'm fully involved with Gmail tools though - docs, sheets etc. So I'm open to other cloud online programs suggestions? But I find it so useful with the shared lived document.
