It is, what it is. Wethespoons provide cheap drink and food. Their target market is varied, but they provide a simple no fuss customer service approach. So deleting social media accounts will be saving time and money for them as a company as it will be nothing to manage. If complaints are rife, stick your head in the sand and pretend it's not happening. I'm not sure how that's going to work out for them, but think people will still come for the cheap food and drink

There are a couple of ways to do this. firstly you can pre-code the phones to automatically push out the night service and pull it back in using the same code (which is probably the quickest) Secondly in the digital receptionist tab, within the admin portal, this will allow you to edit the night service message settings ie. timings I hope that is helpful
