Hi all, I'm trying to locate Crystal Reports plugin 11.5.3700.0 for an old bit of software but cannot seem to find a downloadable installer anywhere. Can anyone help me please? Cheers, Matt

That looks really good. I've passed this onto the powers that be to investigate further! The 365 integration looks very useful...! Many thanks for the recommendation.

Hi all, I've been asked to evaluate n-Track Studio (n-Track Studio | Multitrack Recording Software & Digital Audio Workstation) on our CC4 network as an alternative to Cubase. From the basic investigations I've completed so far it is a simple .exe based installer however have been unable to locate a silent install switch or an available msi. My question is has anyone has had any previous experience of it (good and bad)? Thanks in advance, Cheers, Matt

Hi all, Wondering if anyone has a known working CC4 package of Kodu? Currently running v1.1 however we have been asked to update it to a newer version (preferably v1.3.5 or later!). I remember from v1.1 I had to create a MST to predetermine application settings/remove auto update features. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Cheers, Matt

Have you considered 3CX? From previous experience it works out cheaper than most systems and works with a variety of handset manufacturers/models. Some of the other systems lack choice when it comes to handsets unfortunately

Home plugs have to be connected on the same electrical mains feed/phase. Your neighbour would be using a different feed. We use them all the time in customer premises and never have an issue. They can either "see" each other & work or they won't!

You can just add another however you need to ensure that they are either the same make or at least the same speed

We have got it working on CC4, however requires a rather large hole in the security open in order to do so. CC4 is inherently set to block .bat files from running which is effectively what the site is trying to do. Never had an issue with Staff accessing it the blocks editor, only students. Also best to use Google Chrome (if you have it installed on your network) as you will experience issues when attempting to upload or test.

Could you let us know if your updated WriteAccess.ini file worked please? We are currently trying to get it running on a CC4 network, but have so far been unable to locate an accurate list of required access permissions.

Apparently teams have up until the 30th November to lodge a complaint and FIA to investigate/rule if the decision will affect the World Championship result... -

The incident you are referring to is the pass on the HRT between turn 1 & 2 which as you say was dismissed. The Vergne incident was not reviewed during the race or race weekend and was missed my both Sky and BBC footage as replays of the start were being shown. -

Just seen that myself. Interestingly I found a good analysis on YouTube which goes into detail of the several passes made by Vettel during the race and then compares them to the alleged illegal overtake. From that video it does appear to be illegal, but I will let others make their own opinion! -
No entirely sure to be honest! It was something that our company director came across and introduced to replace McAfee which has caused us issues in the past. From what I have seen it is very to setup, configure and deploy (particularly with the inbuilt utilities for removing alternative AV agents on workstations).

Gary, are you able to to provide me with instructions on how to get Professional 11.5 Enterprise Edition working on an RM CC4.3 network running Server 2008 R2 servers and Windows 7 Pro 32-bit workstations please? The school has purchased this themselves without appearing to take any advice! I have read the included PDF document, however the the package continually fails to install correctly. Thanks in advance!

Never used Kaspersky other than the Rescue disks, etc so cannot comment on how it performs in a network environment. We are currently using VIPRE which is available via GFI Business Antivirus with a Small Footprint. We have found it very easy to setup/manage and includes lots of utilities to aid deployment. Definitely worth a look

Hi Steve, Many thanks for your quick response. Dumb moment on my part - should have thought of the IE shortcut myself = DOH! Tried this however due to SMART's 'interesting' coding the port changes each time a user logs onto the machine.... Cheers, Matt

Hi all, I've been asked to make a package of SMART Notebook Express for the network which I have managed to do, however I seem to have an issue with the browser. We have both IE9 and Google Chrome available on the network, but Notebook Express insists on opening within Chrome despite IE being set as the global default! I've tested this on a standalone workstation and the same issue occurs. Does anyone know if this can be changed? Cheers, Matt

Hi all, Currently looking at getting a tablet but not sure what to get...decisions, decisions lol!!! Mainly want it for when I'm on the move so 3G is a must, but ideally like the option of a dock with keyboard although not essential. I've looked at the iPad, seen reviews of the ASUS Transformer Prime and the HTC Flyer but would like to know if anyone has had any experience of them? Already know what the iPad is like having had an iPhone in the past, but not sure of the alternatives... Any help is greatly appreciated Matt

Bit disappointed personally that there weren't more improvements. Tablets are becoming more and more popular now and already some competitors are producing models with quad core processors which in the current rate of development most (if not all) tablets will be quad core by the end of the year, so Apple will have to produce some rather special for the release of the iPad 4 should there be one of course. The improvements that have been made will no doubt enhance the iPad further and make a great product even better, but I just think that its not what people have come to expect of Apple in recent years by always pushing the boundaries of development. I know it has 4G but so will most serious mobile devices over the next couple of months. I hope that this changes with the the next gen products as Apple are starting to give more ground to their competitors. As always my opinion I'm sure others will agree/disagree with that!!

Hi all, Just received Dartfish TeamPro and Classroom v6.0 and wondered if anyone has successfully managed to create a package of either for CC4 yet? Installation media includes an MSI so doesn't look too bad at first glance, but does anyone know if there are other things I need to watch out for like permissions, reg keys, etc? Any help greatly appreciated Cheers, Matt

Worth checking out 3CX - very simple and cost effective solution without the high costs that some of the other providers have!

Hi all, We are having problems with calibration of the Whiteboard with CC4/Windows 7. Everytime a user logs on they have to re-calibrate the board no matter even if they just log off/back on again - it is driving the teachers mad!! We are running software, driver and document capture are all at v9.32. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, are you able to provide me with a working solution. Currently investigating the latest version, but feel reluctant to believe that it will sort the problem!! Please help Cheers, Matt
