Hi I am sorry to hear that you are all having issues with ActivInspire 2.21 Can I request that any issues of this kind are reported to Promethean Technical Support - that way they can track the true scale of the issue and hopefully find the root cause and the resolution.

Hi How long are the HDMI leads? Have you tried with the leads that were supplied with the ActivPanel? Might be worth checking for chipset updates for the graphics chips on the laptops What screen resolution/refresh rate are you trying to use? Hi I dont think that window can be enlarged. You could try using the document camera directly in its own software instead of through ActivInspire. Also, some of the document camera's could be connected in line with the lead to the projector so you show just the camera full screen on the screen. As for cleaning a screen a slightly damp cloth is usually a good start point. I think there may be a more specific article on the Promethean Support Site for cleaning boards/Panels. Good luck Mark

Do you know what kind of Promethean screen the teacher has? As above some have mirroring abilities but it depends what they have.

Hi I believe that this is to do with the power setting on the PC turning the screen off. You can adjust these under 'power and sleep' setting in Win 10 Mark

Hi You can download the student version of ActivInspire for free at https://support.Prometheanworld.com and as long as you have a Promethean Whiteboard or Promethean ActivPanel you should be able to upgrade to the Professional version for free. You may need to use the hardware serial number to generate an unlock code but all details can be found on the above support site.

The firmware versions vary depending on the size of the ActivPanel. The best thing to do it to contact Promethean Support as they can advise what the latest version is (and send you the file and installation instructions if needed)

As above - I also think that in Windows programs will open up on the same monitor that they were opened in the last time (if that monitor is available). i.e open the programs, move them around to where you want them and then close them again. When you re-open them they should be where they were when you closed them - but I may just have dreamt this!

Hi, if you go to the Windows control panel then go Tablet PC, you can configure your touch in 'Setup' devices . This allows you to tell Win 10 which screen is a touch screen.
