Hello just to reply to your post about installing Cubase. I am trying to install Cubase 12 via SCCM just the MSI only. I have used the silent switches it says installing it doesn't. have you managed to install just the MSI application via sccm if yes please share. Thank You

Hello , I would like some help & advice please. I have setup Spice works ON-PREM it has all being configured and working. However, I am having issues with setting and email to create a ticket once and email has come through. I have done the following so far: 1. Set up and distributed email address with no password (shared) 2. I have setup a dictated email address with password 3. All this is office 365 with an exchange on Prem management server 4. I have used all the possible combinations & ports -993 995 587 etc. 5. I am able send and receive email on two new created email address fine Whenever an email is send no ticket is created on the Spice Works Help desk. Some advice would be helpful. Thank You in advance.

Hi all, would like some help please. I have SCCM with PXE boot and WDS. I am trying to image a laptop it PXE ok, it starts the Endpoint configuration manager and says preparing network to start. But it does nothing after that it does not show no Task Sequences at all. Please can you advise on this for me please. Thank you.

Thanks Davit2005 Yes i am using vmware workstaion. I am doing some testing with deployment and want the machine to pick wireless settings. how would i pas through the wireless setting please ?

He IT People, I would like some help with vmware network settings please. I have a wired bridge connection direct to my network at home that works fine. I am trying to add my wireless card to the vmware network. I can add anew network via virtuall network editor and called if you like vmnet9 , add as a bridged connection and point it to my wireless card fine. But when i add the new network to a virtual machine it does not pick up any wire less SSID to connect too ? Thank You in advance

I dont get an option to take USB offline. on th other drive that are attchjed there is an option to take offline.

Hi IT People, I am testing Intune on Hyper v setup. I am trying to connect a pyhsical USB to a virtual machine. it says take USB offline on you computer but i am unable to take USB offline no option for that . Any help please Thank You.

Thanks all for your advise . I have seem to got it to work but haven’t gone through the whole deployment. The issues that resolved this part for me was going on the WDS 1. select properties 2. Select PXE tab 3. And tick respond to all clients

Hello IT People, I am setting up an SCCM Lab on VMware ESXI . Thats all setup. I have setup and followed guides on SCCM setup and all install fine. I have the following setup 1. VMware ESXI with server 2019 OS 2. DC on separate server with DNS DHCP 3. SCCM setup on different server with all the IIS Web server , net frame.. , SQL 2019 SCCM 2002 MECM, ADK 2004 Win PE 2004 etc 4. All fire walls turned off 5. I can between the servers 6. No Vlans 7. Distributed all Content to DP points 8. PXE enable which installed the WDS role 9. Checked all PXE option on DP , 10. Configured DHCP with scope and server option 66 boot server and 67 file name 11. I am getting DHCP request fine when booting 12. Add boot file to WDS form windows DVD 10 13. Added boot file top WDS form remote install folder sms images 14. Update the server 15. Created a deployed Task sequence When ever I PXE boot it just says no PXE boot aborted boot to next device no OS found. I have gone through a load of forums but nothing seems to work. This driving me nuts now it just seem not picking up the SCCM boot image i think ? Any body with some advise please thanks a lot

Hi , I have tried creating a user and then enable remote mailbox and not licensed the user . Unfortunately that did not work . On your second question no those attribute do not show on the user AD account. thank you

Hello, I would like some help please. we have onprem exchange 2013 in a hybrid setup. 1. we create a user on AD 2. User shows up on exchange and we assign them an email and assign them to storage database according too rights i.e student or staff 3. The user shows up on office 365 admin center we assign them a license 4. Auto discover point to our web mail address on-prem exchange server 2013 5. AD sync is used to sync users on hybrid setup This is how it works in a nutshell. However ,recently we create a user on the AD and that user bypasses our on-prem exchange and gets created on office 365 . This give the user the office 365 web mail address online . The user can't see our on-prem address or send and receive emails. Any advice would be helpful. Thank You.
