  5. I found the new episodes were worth watching, very weird, maybe that's why I loved them. There was one episode which is really trippy and amazing, I recommend giving it another try

    Paper maps

It's not just you! I prefer to have checked a map before going on long journeys so I have a rough idea of the route and am not just relying on the Sat Nav. Also, as I am getting old I find that when planning longer journeys I tend to use paper maps so I can try to stop off at a National Trust property rather then use a service station for breaks!
  7. The teacher being observed should be able to add the observer in as a team member and then remove them after the lesson. Or, if you record the lessons they could watch the recordings?
  8. Used the Sharepoint migration tool to migrate one user area to OneDrive, save the migration and then use that as a template to create a csv to migrate all the rest. Have to ensure that you remove users access to the area their files were before otherwise it all gets a bit confusing!
  9. We are slowly moving as much as we can from file shares to the cloud. You can use tools to find out when something was last accessed - anything over 5 years ago we are removing access and then deleting after a while if no one notices as the files are still in backups. We have setup various Sharepoint sites for department and have moved users home drives to OneDrive. The Sharepoint migration tool is really good for copying data. Staff are using the 'sync' option so the files show like a mapped drive and other than a few teething issues all seem to be happy with the way things are going at the moment
  10. Milk supplies here are fine - but then there are many farms around here and there is a local dairy so that might explain it. No flour and also no tinned tomatoes
  11. I'm gonna try 197
  12. Set up department SharePoint sites and migrate teaching resources to there and get personal files moved to OneDrive. The Sharepoint migration tool is really good if you set up a csv file for multiple file migrations. You can then set up shared folders in SharePoint for students to access as well, or look into getting class teams set up.
  13. I know, we are all working hard and getting stressed about preparing school for remote teaching/learning and when we need hugs the most we can't get them as we are supposed to be avoiding physical contact!
  14. Looks like there are Teams problems in Europe at the moment, see
  15. We were already using Salamander with iSAMS for various thing such as creating student AD accounts. This week we got them to use SDS to create our classes as teams. Thoroughly recommend them as they make my life so much easier!
  16. I remember seeing him as narrator in a live version of Rocky Horror. He was awesome

    29th February

Nope never had any 29Feb problems. Had to re-write code pre millenium to avoid issues which paid a nice amount of overtime

Ricciardo to Renault!!!! https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/formula1/45056366 I'm a little surprised
  19. I'll give that a try, need a bigger bag though!
  20. Loving the nice cool air-con office, not looking forward to going home to a sweltering flat! Thinking about bringing a sleeping bag in tomorrow and temporarily moving into the office
  21. Sad news, such a great mind. Made me resolve to read (not just attempt to!) my copy of Brief History of Time
  22. We changed from Equitrac to Papercut a couple of years back. Found Papercut to have a much better admin interface, much easier to configure and more. Wouldn't want to go back to Equitrac!
