Anyone know a way of downloading Tweets to view offline, I know i can download my Tweets but I want to do a search and then download those tweets?

This week I attended the MoodleMoot at Lougborough, I took lots of notes and tweeted my twitter off as well as others tweeting at the event. I've now got lots of links stored in various places but i want to collate them in once place and preferably it be web based. I've looked at a number of options, such as wiki, link directory script, image galleries etc but how would you suggest storing the following: Presentations (Slideshare/powerpoint) Links Pictures Tweets Any ideas appreciated!

Couple of options: 1. Create a meta-course (This would be your top tier) and add the sub-courses/topics as child courses Meta course - MoodleDocs 2. Try a different course format, perhaps the accordian course formart Try this forum post at Moodle.org: http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=44773 Id steer towards the metacourse options and see if that meets your needs, the accordian format just allows topics within a course to be displayed in a different (I believe) better way.

Ok I worked it out, it was a problem with Vista not my Mac, or is it the other way round lol Anyway, Step 1. Follow normal VirtualBox settings Step 2. Enable File Sharing on Mac, Set file sharing permissions are required (E.g. Everyone or just current user) Step 3. Now Vista (Bunsiness) Step 4. Follow these insstructions: Enable LM Authentication in Windows Vista - Failed to map drive - Powered by Kayako SupportSuite Helpdesk Software This enables LM authentication Bingo, I can now map the drive and authenticate the user against the Mac user account.

I have just setup virtualbox on my mac book pro with Vista Business. I want to share a folder stored on my Mac with Vista? I just dont seem to be able to get it to work, can anyone help?

I've just completed "de-fixed-widthing" the theme to make it a fluid width. I do prefer the fixed width themes for Moodle but they do present more problems in terms of browser compatability issues, also due to the lack of a template system built into Moodle everything has to be done in CSS which can be a bit of a nightmere. Just the Header image to sort out and the breadcrumb navigation!

Your probably right, fixed width does have its floors. I'll probably switch back to fluid width asap!

Over the last day or so (about 8 hours) i've come up with another Moodle Theme, it becomes quite addictive! At the moment the 3 servers are just sat in my backroom, lol, I've gotten hold of some stress test scripts for joomla and i just want to see how much my servers can take and for how long. Just trying to get a better idea of how to take care of a very small scale web server enviroment. The problem i've got now is the 2 other servers, I installed nagios on file server, localhost and need to add the remote servers.

I've installed on server on my laptop, what id like to do now is point it to my server. Whats the quickest way? I've added this line to: nagios.cfg cfg file=/usr/local/nagios/etc/objects/remotehost.cfg To look for this file, can i just pop the IP in this file now?

I have 3 Linux Servers (Centos 4.?? <--I forget) 1 - Apache 1- Mysql 1 - Simple File Server Id like to be able to keep track of the basic functions of these servers, Apache -------- How many Apache processes are running? How much CPU% is being used? How much Memory% is in use? Current ammount of HTTP Requests? Display current version of Apache? Check if NFS is running correctly? Also keep an eye on zip processes Show any mail that has been sent? MySQL -------- How many mysql processes are running? How much CPU% is being used? How much Memory% is in use? Show queries that have taken over X amount of seconds? Display current version? File Server ----------- % Hard drive space used? Files over X size? Extras -------- Show me all files that have edited or added? What RAID are the hard drives? What is the server spec? Any tips or advice based on the mangement of these types or server greatly appreciated... We have Cacti running but its not the best...

But if one student has 12 subjects and another 13 it wont work.
