I am trying to get the macs to power on remotley from Apple Remote Desktop, but nothing happens. Please does someone know what I need to change in order to do this? Thanks

We have a mac system that intergrates with our Domain controller in a sence that it uses the logon credentials for students to access the macs and thats all it should do. However it keeps mounting their H Drive which is there persona area and then seems to fill it up with program settings etc. Given the students only have 250mb is there a way of stopping it or blocking the macs mounting the drives. Thanks

we are currently running smart ink 1.0.418.0 and notebook 11.0 Cannot find a download for ink 2 on their website. any other places to look? Thanks

Having major smart ink problems in my workplace. Smart ink keeps interfering with typing and clicking in internet explorer. The only way you can stop this is if you turn off smart ink. However if you turn off smart ink you then can't use the smart interactive white boards! anyone else had this issue and has found a way to resolve this. The only way we found was to completely rebuild the pc. Thanks
