  1. Affecting some of our staff but not all
  2. I have nearly finished digitalising our return to work and absence forms using Microsoft lists, Power Automate and Power Apps. I have made a Power App which links to various Microsoft Lists. The various screens are filtered depending on who is logged in. For example we have a line manager approval section which will only show requests if the logged in person is the line manager to the person the request is about. At the moment, if staff go to the Microsoft Lists app and search for the list (it is not shown by default in recent lists or my lists, it has to be searched for) they can see everyone's submissions. I can't limit permissions using the built in method as various staff need access to the items (Named person, line manager, HR, Cover staff, Head) and this changes depending on who the item is about. Does anyone know how to either hide the list completely from the Microsoft Lists app so even searching for it won't bring it up? Would changing the name to something really obscure mess up the link to my Power Apps/Flows? This could be a temporary fix until I can work out the permissions. Or alternatively, can anyone help with specific permissions for each row. The named person and line manager would need permission just to their items, these are in a person column in the list. The others would need access to all items (HR, Cover Team, Head). Thanks in advance
  3. This is exactly what we have been looking for, thank you How do you allow all staff to post a news posts and edit the properties without being owners of the site? Our current system has a form where they enter the information and it then gets checked and approved by someone. Is this possible through SharePoint?
  4. We've just had this reported as well yesterday. Wonder if there's a bug in the latest version of Edge?
  5. White chocolate and raspberry is my all time favourite
  6. When I push out the new msi, do I need to re-do the config each time or can I continue using the same config file from the previous version?
  7. Thank you, it only happened on some of the laptops so hoping this afternoon its not on too many of them.
  8. It shows the printer in the printer list but then throws up the error saying it can't find it and the print preview is blank. Debug file attached. ExamWritePad_16-05-2022-12-38-02_Log.zip
  9. We have just had this exact issue as well. I had to copy the document to word and print via that as a workaround. We are running v22.05.07.1933 with Pearson as the exam board
  10. Yes that would be helpful. thank you
  11. I have just spoken to our exams officer who has agreed they shouldn't be able to see the answers to paper1 when they do paper2. This is a simpler fix now I have the homedrives working to create a blank one each login. Thanks
  12. Good Morning, We have just been told that the English paper this year is spilt into 2 papers and they will need to start a new document for the second paper as they can't have access to the first. Currently when they click file/new they get asked if they want to use the same candidate information. Is there a way, when they hit new to open up the candidate details as it would on startup for a new exam so they can change them and then get prompted to save the file?
  13. We can have up to 40 students at a time needing to use the exams account which is why we didnt go down this root.
  14. That sounds like a much better way of doing it. Could you share the script and I will have a look at it? Thanks
  15. Is there an easy way to stop students opening other students files whilst in an exam? We currently use one exams account for all students using EWP. They save the file to the networked home folder. We have just realised that they can open another students file even if the other student is working on it. Is it possible to remove the open icon from the toolbar? I couldn't see the option in the config settings.
  16. That's good. Hopefully it is just the single rat for me and he is caching it and will have ingested enough soon.
  17. Haha! I've got one packet left then will have to try a different kind of bait. This box supposedly kills up to 12 rats
  18. So the rat has been taking the bait away but apparently not eating it! I have now used 2 packets of bait and still the rat survives. Must be some kind of super rat
  19. Thanks, I have the camera covering the bait so I can tell if anything has touched it. It's not an easy loft to get into as the hatch is at the top of the stairs and as I live alone I'm not keen on going up there when there's no-one else about incase the ladder slips. I'm hoping it doesn't take too long as I can't sell the flat until this is sorted.
  20. Thanks, will just leave it all there and not go in the loft any more. How long will the peanut butter and bait be ok up there till it needs changing?
  21. Caught Roland on camera again last night. Still hasn’t touched any food even the peanut butter so not really sure what what to do now. The pest controller is refusing to come back as I put my own poison up there and he doesn’t go behind people.
  22. It's a Ring stick up battery cam - Ring Stick Up Cam Battery
  23. Awww I love hedgehogs. I used to overwinter them for the local rescue before I moved into my flat. Hopefully when I move I will get a garden and be able to see some again.
  24. Hopefully it eats some of the food tonight then. I've just messaged my pest controller to let him know it is a rat and see what he says.
  25. Camera got activated last night multiple times! It didn't touch any of the food so poison doesn't appear like it will work. Will have to order some traps and try catch him. Edit: uploaded video to YouTube for easier viewing RingVideo_7056962005676961204_x264.mp4
