Yup,...... some arriving day after sent, still unable to connect with Outlook only Webmail. They were supposed to contact me earlier this week but haven't done so. They're usually really good about this so suspect it's a major problem. I suspect DNS!!!!!!! :(

Sorry, but it's a feature of Vista, folder structures are different to XP and previous. This is one of the main reasons take up of Vista in the enterprise has been so slow (never mind the hardware issues!!!). Most downgrade Vista to XP in a Networked environment until they're ready to upgrade all to Vista!!

Anyone else in CleoLand having this problem? Monday and Tuesday access by Outlook bit dodgy though webmail access fine, (by dodgy I mean items sitting for a long time before "going", "unable to connect to server" etc) and eventually stopped altogether. Webmail continues to work so I suspect they've changed some port or ssl settings somewhere but assume this would effect other users as well.

There are two issues exercising the minds of the powers that be at the moment. 1. Integration of data from school management systems with VLEs. Problematic though some progress is being made, eg CLEO's MIDAS integration of SIMS with MOODLE . 2. Security issues. Recent issues with poor security of data throughout a whole raft of government departments, allied to the sensitivity of data held in schools about children and their families. The main issues exercising the minds of those who actually work in schools may be along the lines of "WTF. If a parent wants information about their child that urgently there is something called the "TELEPHONE" or even email if not that urgent!!" You may even ask if this, (like so many other IT related schemes in schools), is a technological solution looking for a problem to solve simply to gain headlines?............ I couldn't possibly comment on, confirm or deny such a thought!!!!!

is it connected to the old problem of XP automatically installing board as USB Human Interface Device rather than USB Presenta board?? If so this can be solved as follows; Device Manager -> Rt click Human Interface Device -> Update Driver -> etc -> select USB Presenta Board

Probably been discussed before but can't find it! How do you turn on Access Based Enumeration on multiple shares? I know how to do it on one share but there must be a way of doing it on all without going through each one. A nice command line utility would be nice!!
