Well, could it be that you made a comment about the school you work at at one point? Could you have entered any competition in the past where they ask for or have access to your edugeek name? There are a fair few schools in Swindon, and increasing I know, but there are other ways to get data. I very, very, very much doubt it would be Edugeek, they would be ensuring they are in line with Data Protection and GDPR.

Had a repeated issue trying to attach a gif. Odd why that would be causing an issue. As it looks like this is happening on your own personal computer given the look of the screenshots, you should be able to do that with the following method. In the registry, go to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and create a new String with a Name of Cleanup Glassware, and Data of REG DELETE HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\GlassWire

TL;DR: Not HP. I got our last few servers from Stone, which were cheaper than others at the time for new. If you don't mind refurbished, I would definitely contact ICT Direct.

I can't find Steam, just stuff to do with Portal. To be honest, I would just contact the creator direct, will save you a lot of headache as they should be able to provide you with a non-steam version.
