  1. We've just done the same thing with students having their emails. what we have found is that if you go into 'Recipient Configuration' and then 'Distribution Group' select the group which you dont wont the students to send to, and select properties, in the 'Mail Flow Settings' then select 'Message Delivery Restrictions' and Properties and at the bottom there is a box that says 'Reject Messages From...' and you can add all the students in that way it will accept groups.
  2. how do you set the limit of people they can email at once then?
  3. We actually have a games club running at the momment and there a few of the games that we are running on ours they have seemed to the favourites.
  4. yer that has been an idea but unfortunatly that will only take it out of the GAL and i want it out the email once it has been sent.

  8. we have just given email to students and to start there were no problems but recently we have had students email the whole school and with it the email addresses of everyone else in the 'To' section. Is there any way that i can hide all the names, so if they send an email like this again then nobodys name is shown?
  9. the last time i tried creating a user within exchange 2007 it created the mail and not the user but it has gone throught this time, i was having DNS problems last time could be that it wasnt replicating!
  10. We have just moved from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007 and noticed that the biggest change is that you dont use AD to monitor mailboxes. So we've just been creating the mailboxs by adding new mailbox. Is there some one that i can use AD to create a new user and it creates a mailbox for that user without the need to create a new mailbox after the user has been created?
  11. the main item that i need to hide is properties the others aren't so bad
  12. At the momment i have the right hand click feature disabled everywhere. But we have been asked that we enable the right hand click for students to create folders. i know that there is the menu on the left hand side but they need to have the right hand click for their coursework. Is there any way that i can disable features within the right hand click menu using group policies?
