    I've worked in a few schools that have eSchools. They were mostly primary but now have a decent secondary platform and mobile app.

    Yeah, we use Freshdesk... it's pretty good overall and we've tried a lot of the others (Zendesk, OSTicket etc.) but with a lot of these it depends on how much you're willing to spend as some of the better features come in the higher priced bands.

    Yep, your local college(s) will have someone there that takes care of apprenticeships... the contacts at our local colleges work in a department called 'Directorate of Employer Engagement'... good luck in finding a decent newbie!

    Do schools have multiple instances of Groupcall on their server from different 3rd parties (i.e. if they used a texting company, VLE, online payment company etc)?
