  1. Anyone else having issues this morning?
  2. Looks like it's down again. 502 Bad Gateway & 504 Gateway Time-out errors.
  3. Some users experiencing performance issues Resources Affected: Bromcom MIS Cloud UK Severity: Major Incident Note: On Sunday 31st August, we increased the resources on our cloud system to help make the return to school run as smoothly as possible. Unfortunately, on Thursday 4th September, one of our servers developed a serious fault. This has caused some ongoing instability when users are connected to that server. At the moment, we aren't able to take it out of action ourselves, so we've raised it as an urgent incident with our infrastructure supplier to get it fixed and restore stability for everyone. We're very sorry for the disruption this has caused. Once the issue is resolved, we'll also carry out a full review to help prevent it happening again. We'll share further updates as soon as we have more news from our supplier. Thank you for your patience and understanding in the meantime.
  4. Try installing the Dell Command Update tool from Dell's website. This should pull all the needed drivers and firmware for the device. We have quite a few Latitude 3520 models (of the same spec and roughly the same age), and they can be a bit stroppy using generic drivers.

  6. We've had issues with Surface Pros mainly the 7 and 7+ models doing something very similar with the built-in cameras, (not tried any of the new models), what we found was the IR Camera would fail to turn off after Windows Hello face login, and the cameras would get veryyyyyyy HOT! (as in, painful to touch kinds of hot) eventually the devices became so unreliable even with the Windows Hello turned off (typically out of warranty as is always the case) we had to write them off - we suspect the excess heat was causing them to cook themselves...
  7. We had the exact same issue with this model of laptop... Gave up looking in the end as from what I could tell, a driver pack simply doesn't exist. Ended up having to download them one by one from HP.
  8. On older models, I've seen the screw needed for that screwed in on the underside of the access panel.
  9. We've been buying v15's for staff as of late, been impressed with them, specifically the V15-IIL models.
  10. This has worked well for us in the past. https://www.pdfforge.org/pdfcreator
