Thanks a bunch Mr Trump, upgraded my Samsung for a Huawei Mate 20 Lite about a month ago. Guess where I am off to for my honeymoon in July / August? Yep you guessed it America! Although it seems its only for new phones and some of the older ones but some security patches will still come through, to be honest I dont use the google junk that comes with the phone other than the play store. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-48330310

2 of us Myself and Fiancee, use water like normal and we asked for a meter when we realised the previous people had debt of £800 and saved a fortune, was paying £80 ish and that went to £46 straight away. now its the low £20's. south West Water are really good at giving us back what ever credit we amass, having said that they are not allowed to keep more than about £200 of clients credit.

Plymouth Argyle and Newcastle United for me, born in Plymouth so its my home town team. COYG (Come On You Greens) hehe. Also love the city of Newcastle and seen them play a couple times in the Shearer days with the legend Sir Bobby Robson as manager.

We have had issues with Adobe Reader dc (not pro) though. we have moved back to adobe reader 11 for some users. You could try going to Edit, Preferences and then Security Enhanced, Untick Enable Enhanced Security. That fixed quite a few issues for us

Best one for me was way back when doing my apprenticeship Floppy drives were still around although hardly used, someone put a whole packet of mini cheddars in the drive one by one and then the packet. Staff member went to use it and of course it wouldn't work!! Quite amusing telling said member of staff why it didn't work! What a waste of mini cheddars.

Not sure where to post this, I have a friend who uses Hotmail for their business when they get any emails from Hermes with PDF attachments, the attachments show as 0.0kb and you cant open them. But when the same email is sent to an alternate address it opens fine, it only happens with pdf's from hermes and I think its to do with Hotmail, but I am not sure, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as spent about 2 hours yesterday online trying to figure it out but kept going round in circles. Also I should add they use Outlook.com with the Hotmail address.

Our kindles had the update greyed out, (3 5thGen and 1 3rd Gen) I logged into Amazon and found our devices, then after a little looking around I found the software versions available and downloaded them. All I had to do was simply copy and paste the download file onto a kindle, then when in settings find the update kindle option which was greyed out, it should now be a visable option. select it and the kindles rebooted and updated.

we had kind of the same issue, We had to get the company we bought the ipads from to add the serials to the dep program. then when we wanted to manage them we entered the serial and it registered it with DEP. (at least I think that's how it worked), we also had a couple with broken screen which got sent for repair and since they have come back we cant manage them as they are different ipads to what we had. Just thought I would let you know of that issue. Regarding Unenrolling, I am not sure as we have had to reset some ipads by holding the power and home button but it pops up asking to connect to iTunes, so not sure if students would be able to. not sure what the public key would be other than your wifi SSID password Hope this helps,

We have all the new year 7 in before the summer holidays and we have two 2 hour sessions (1 hour per class, we have 4 tutor groups of each year, apart from 6th form) and we give everyone a generic password which they are all forced to change at the beginning of the session, then get them to write it in their planners for when they join us proper in September. We have a powerpoint of a hand full of slide which state some of the do and don'ts of the system as well as some basic internet safety, explains the email system and how to access work and email from home. On the whole its fine, there will always be a couple who forget or write it down wrong and maybe some who were away when the induction sessions took place. Also we open a computer room at lunchtime on the days of the induction manned by us technicians, so anyone who had issues earlier can get it sorted and for anyone who wants to explore of our system can have a bash!
