    Hi all, Looking for some assistance, we are changing the way we distribute progress reports. Question: If I export an 'INDIVIDUAL REPORT' as WORD not PDF, and someone amends it.......how do i get it back into SIMS import wise? Rather than inputting the information in SIMS manually.     I have opened a log with Capita. I had one of their staff remoted into my system for over 70 minutes and couldn't see any problems with my information. Hopefully get this patch or a resolution soon!

    Yeah that document was the one i used to make sure i hadn't missed anything. The last section sounds like there isn't one yet. Just wondering if anyone had fixed it themselves.     Morning all, I am getting an extremely annoying error code on the census 2905 (attached below) I have checked the end dates and they all match. On the course section on the main screen of the census and on the post-16 programme of study. I have done a bulk update and the error is still showing (135 students approx.) This is my first time doing it, I have the 2 million page document and i can't seem to find another solution. Has anyone else experienced this before? Thanks

    Morning all, I am in post as Exams officer for Maternity cover. We have had a few changes to exam results due to appeals for the Summer exams. Do the amended grades come through VIA A2C for the handful of students? to import into exams organiser, or is there a manual way to override the original grades? Thanks in advance

    All sorted. Apparently the schools that were blank sent the CTF's before the KS2 results were uploaded. I have now downloaded all data and imported manually myself. Thanks alot

    Weird how some schools it has come through fine though. I could probably understand if it was all the Year group. Can this be imported into SIMS from NCA tools? Our end of year targets are created based on the KS2 scores (via formulae) so we need all the information in to be able to do this.

    Afternoon all, In the process of importing our new CTF's for Year 7's. 50 of the students contain full KS2 Breakdown of results (GPVS, Reading, Spelling etc)....the other 140+ contain ZERO KS2 results or such like! Is there any reasoning behind this? The data is available on Lancashire Rose, but nothing from the CTF which leaves me a little baffled. Any help would be greatfully appreciated.

    Hi all, We are in the process of amending our school reports (completed on SIMS Profiles) . I have attached a photo, is there any way to get the form teacher name onto the report like you can class teacher???

    oooh I wasn't aware of that, my first day back off maternity so trying to get up to speed...what happens if one element of the exam isn't sat? or they do really bad? As with individual subjects you could of had B in Core and D in Additional?

    Thanks for replying, so it only goes down to 9-8? So there is no chance of someone getting an 9-6 for example?

    Hi all, We are currently amending some aspects. Our sciences have changed to double award instead of individual core and additional. I am currently amending to 9-1, has anyone else done this? and If so how far into the 9-1 have people done? Should I put 99, 98,97,96 etc... all the way to 91?

    Yes Kathabell SMT apparently aren't wanting to show grades next year, just give an indication of progress so the section that's coloured on yours is exactly what I need haha

    is this possible on individual reports? without having to change each individual box to match the background?

    Our school are currently in the process of changing our way of reporting for next year They want reports not featuring data as such, just attitude to learning gradings 1-4........but colours. I can't for the life of me work out how to get any colours transferred from our templates on SIMS, onto the word template on individual reports Is it even possible?

    All the data/information is already uploaded into 4matrix, I just can't seem to find the button that will send me to the right section.

    Not sure if I have posted this in the right section. We use 4matrix at the school I work, the Head has asked me to get levels of progress for each subject for a report I am trying to compile from the last few years of exam results. I can find 3/4 levels of progress for English and Maths but nowhere will it let me select any other subjects? Anyone know how I can gain this information? Thank you in advance

    We are currently in the process of cleaning up our 'templates' in assessment. There is a lot from our exams officer from 2004 onwards, that obviously are used the once and never again. I wanted to make them 'Inactive' so they don't show up on the active page. When I go into each one to de-select the tick, it is greyed out and won't let me. Anyone know what I need to do to find where the main location is? We have over 60 of them to get shut of.

    I have copied it into a seperate one to use for this time. i just thought i could make changes to the current one whilst it was active...then realised i couldnt add the course. so it's okay my question is answered. thank you

    It's probably my rubbish explaining, it lets you insert text, but not delete/move anything which i understand. I totally forgot that when you opened a session you can't then change the attached courses, hence making a new one as i can't attach the biology course to my comment bank

    No it doesn't work, just typed them all up and tried it. Won't let me attach a course to it as 'comment banks used in active session' so i have had to create another separate section, copy and paste the comments into that and create a new session and attach the biology classes to it. It just means me having to sessions on the go at once, and having to insert each individual biology student into the main batch of reports from a different session
