    Always worth checking, the number of times I'll just leave the cable plugged in to the phone and test with the same cable...

    I've had similar with broken ethernet cables before, phone still got poe, but the break was on another wire so no ethernet.

    It's passed DKIM, so the email is apparently legit... I wonder if they are now using dropbox to spread a malicious payload to make it more convincing to open? In any case, it looks like one of your users may have fallen for it if it's in their name with their email as the replyto address.

    That might cause issues with detection of the screen. The Aux input I guess is RCA? I'd just use a 3.5mm to RCA cable.

    If equipment is going missing because it has to be unplugged and plugged back in, and the pc and keyboard are close enough to be cabled to a switcher, then adding the switcher isn't going to prevent anything.

    You can get audio switcher boxes, that take 2 3.5mm inputs and have a button to switch the inputs, and combine that with the headphone splitters, but I'd be more inclined to tell the teacher that they should be keeping a better eye on equipment instead!

    You should be able to do away with the middle row to tidy it up a little more.

    A vlookup would probably be the easiest way of doing this, otherwise you're nesting a lot of if statements...

    Run "slmgr /dlv" on one of the machines, is the information there matching what you expect to see?
