Joomla 1.5 and JCE 154 I cannot get the Read me link working. When I try to add the "Read me" at the bottom of the article it goes back to control panel. Any ideas appriciated. TIA

Is there a difference between ICT Kitemark and ICT Mark? Is it the same thing? is one easire to obtain than the other? TIA

Support is great and they know what you are talking about. I have 5 sites hosted with them and no other interest. Been using them for the past 4 years. I think Reseller Hosting, Web Hosting & Domain Names | Web Hosting Heart Internet is behind this co. I like the oneclick Joomla/Wordpress install. Made it a little easier. Included in the price is a full site and DB backup. I cannot find a negative comment to make

I have to also agree with everything said. Our LEA would not allow any MySql database and gave us a pretty basic hosting package with MS Access. Instead I went to Welcome to the home page of The BIG Host cost £20 per year; unlimited bandwidth; unlimited storage; unlimited number of MySql datebase; phpmyadmin; included an easy install Joomla package and more. I then got the LEA to point the school's URL to this site. It all works a treat and transparrent. Hope this is of help.

Simon, I am very grateful to you taking the time to reply. I had a go and got not very far. I found this plugin which get me very near to what I am trying to achieve except I cannot find the setting that set to image position. What I am trying to near, is as the attached image where I have a list of hyperlinks of book titles and at the side, displays the images of the book cover as the mouse is over the hyperlink. Any pointers appreciated. I have seen this done but be dammed if I can find it again! TIA

joomla edugeeks JCE editor I want to have a list of hyperlinks which are a set of book titles that when the cursor mouseove the links will show a diffrent image depending on the link text (which are book covers). Not sure how to do it. I can get image rollover using JCE. Is there an extention or plugin any can suggest. TIA for any repliers

Any help most gratefully received. I have been tearing my hair out for the past few days. Just can't figure it out. It is something simple I am trying to do. Please let me know if this is correct. Aim: place an image in an article and when clicked, will zoom out (standard stuff). Here is how I go about trying to achieve it. Content > Article Manager > New > Insert/Edit image. Select an image. then > Advance tag pull down "Class List" and find and select "Highslide-full-expand" then Insert. Then save. When I browse to this page nothing happens. Am I missing a stage somewhere? I thought highslide does all the thumb sizing I have trawled the net with no direct answer found. If anyone know of a good support or help to point out my error, pls let me know. Thank you

Have to admit it now works. For the record, using a laptop without a keypad was the problem. So, when the ALT key is pressed the numbers keys do not work. I didn't realise this at first. Workaround: use num lock or use the fn key then insert in the "Find and Replace". Hold down ALT key then "010" to get CrLf.

I should have added Office 2007 if this makes a diffrence! I have in the past done this but for the life of me, could not remember the key strokes. I give it another try. thanks for replying.

Not sure if this has been asked anywhere and I googled almost everywhere. I know Alt+Enter in a cell will place a CR+LF on a line but how do you use "find and replace" to place a CR+LF in a wookbook? I seen solution such as Alt(010) suggested but it does not work. Any suggestions thanks

sorry for the misleading title. Not sure what to call it. ok, I want to run a batch file that opens a VPN login web page. Then the user enters user name and pasword on the web page. The page then shows successful login. The question is, how can I detect a successful connection has been made and then continue with the batch file and map some drives? many thanks

Just for the record, on the smart phone, go to the "Inbox" program tap "Tools" then "Manage Folders", tap the little "+" sign next to the Inbox folder to expand the hierarchy and show the subfolders, check each folder you'd like to sync, then resync the device. That's it

HTC touch HD T8282 I have successfully setup a connection to a 2007 Exchange Server and I Active sync is working to sync handheld. On Outlook 2007, I have 4 sub folders on my in box using rules to filter incomming mail. However, when HTC synch the sub folders are empty. The inbox is correct. Is there a setting I've missed? Thank you for replying. I already tried and could not see any a setting for the front page. I tried all the diffrent users position and could not place it in the middle. Where can I find the ftont page setting?

How do I get rokslideshow moved to the middle in on the front page just under the "welcome to..." instead of the school building pic? thanks. BTW: this is a wonderful template

This is a good solution. Where can I find one like this?

I want to simple way to display photos in a cycle on a large(ish) screen apoox 36". Similar to those 10" photo frames LCD screen. The area being used to display the photos is not in direct sunlight and low light level. So, I thought I might go for some form of device that I can insert a memory card that will output to an LED project or a large LCD screen. Does this device exist or is there another way? I found this, but is there an outlet in the UK. Thanks for any repliers

You explainded it very well and it makes perfect sense. No problem runing from boot except, are there any apps out that just to cleans the dirve without having to reinstall the OS and HW drivers?
